If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout you’ll LOVE Clubbercise® 
You'll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. 
You'll use a pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.

Fitcamp is a 45min fat-burning workout that we do outdoors. It involves HIIT (High-intensity interval training) 
We use functional fitness exercises which train your muscles to work together. This prepares your muscles for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. 
While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. All done outdoors in a fun unique way. Let us take your fitness to another level, with fun, (included of course)!!
